The disease of Alzheimer’s can affect the human body for the time span of 3 to 20 years. However, the life span of a patient diagnosed with this disease generally averages between 8 to 10 years thereafter. During these years, the disease passes through various stages ranging from mild forgetfulness to drastic intellectual deterioration.
